Run 1 mile
100 pull-ups
100 push-ups
Run 2 miles
100 GHD sit ups
100 Star Jumpers
Run 1 mile

ok, Mod 1 means Angie is in a bad mood today...she is doling out more pain. Substitute Ab mat sit-ups if no access to a Glute Ham Developer. See video on CrossFit.com main site for GHD sit-up.
