Almost anything but country, i dont have a favorite genre really, i just like good songs, and there are a couple ok country songs too.

The Art of War. The power of one. Into the Wild. those are pretty much the only books that i liked that i actually finished, otherwise im not really into reading.

Too many to list. 300 is probably at the top though.

Im about 5'10.5" currently 172lbs.and slowly rising. I love everything to do with the military. Theres just something about it that just interests me. Oh ya its the fact that Navy SEALs exist. Hooyah!! anyways i have wanted to be a SEAL ever since i was about 8 yrs. old, from when i just learned about them. I can still remember that day. Ever since there has been a burning desire deep down inside of me. And i knew that that was what i had to do. Now i am so close to getting my chance to do what i have wanted to do for 13 years. I AM going to be a SEAL some day. I WILL get there. No matter what it takes. I AM going to succeed. I have to. So for right now i am pretty much just focused on what i need to do to get there. Eye surgury being one of the things on my list. And ALOT of training. Running,Swimming,Studying, etc. stepping it up a little bit every day, because like they say, "the only easy day was yesterday"

I am a mechanic so working on cars is always a good time. and training to be a SEAL of coarse.

My training is going great, thanks for asking.  I have saved my money for awhile now so I don't have to work and can focus 100 percent on my training.  I should be ready to go in a few months.

Hey Bud, responding to your last post on protien intake. I know the recommended intake of protein and carbs/fats from the Seal Nutrition guide I purchased. Thats the best manual Ive ever read/used to keep track of everything. I'm not entirely sure on the human bodies abilities to absorb levels of protien/carbs/fats. Ive resently spoken to cousin of mine who attends UIC (majoring in bio-engineering) He told me that the human body only absorbs about 33.3% of any and all calories consumed. This probably varies from person to person. As far as running goes, I take supplements of vitamin C (occasionally centrum supplements) to foritfy my immune system. I dont know about centrum but I feel much better when taking vitamin C (orange juice and Vitamin C supplement) - Running reduces your immune systems abilities. I also want to mention that winter is just around the corner and here in Chicago its no joke. (especially the wind chill) Last year I coughed blood for 2 weeks. My throat got tore up from the cold air. I wear a Ninja mask which helps me breath in warmer air but the neighbors think there is a Jihadist going for a run. lol Take it easy m8...I will send my nutrition menu (personalized) and training regiment whenever I get the time. Actually, I really know nothing about it. I just know I need to get it done before I go in as well. I might google it later to do some research on it...

I was just curious. I'm interested in when people are going in.

I'm gonna have to get that PRK surgery too. I just dont think going through BUD/S with those BCGs would be much fun...
