Hey S!  Can you send the post you made in the SEAL/SWCC forum to the OP of that one thread?  Scott and I had to delete it as per the rules of that forum.  Appreciate it and all that you do!

I thought I would eventually reach 600lbs ...I purchsed 2 - 100lbs. plates and 300lbs came with the set. I pressed 350 once and the second time my spotter had to help me. I never went passed that amount. Still the rest of the weights came in handy for the curl bar. Let me know if you've ever eaten at the Big Texan ...Take care and ttyl

I'm waiting for your answer to just what your thoughts were on "bag".  How much worse could it have been?  Very curious and waiting to hear what you were thinking it was.  I've got news for you...things are just as bad when it is the same mundane things day in and day out.  I'm lucky I know what the date is let along the day of the week when I wake up each day!  ~Shar
