BUDs/Training is a six month training program filled with DETERMINATION,DEDICATION,COMMITMENT,and most importantly MENTAL ABILITY.To become A SEAL, Special Operations, or even a Special Forces soldier it takes a lot of commitment. You have to be Head Strong to do this... As before when I was starting the conversation on The BUDs program to become a Navy SEAL, yes it does take physical ability but most importantly it takes Mental Ability...MIND OVER MATTER...it will hurt, anything hurts but you have to push yourself mentally to do this just think in your mind "I can make it, I can make it." I know I can....
