Hey I'm am Coming up on my first PST for SWCC, and I am good on everything besides the 500 I don't know how to do the Breast nor Side stroke! Which is Better? Which is easier? and How and the hell do I do it lol!???? Please if you Got info please share I would Really appreciate it!

08/31/2009 20:21:45 there are some DVD's on this site that have some really good instructions on the CSS (Combat Side Stroke.) While breast stroke is easier, i would recommend CSS since it will help you out in the long run.
