I seperated from the navy back in 2008 and recently I started getting the itch again. Civilian life just isnt that great. Anyway, long story short. When I first joined back in 2001 I was in class 240 and left bud/s due to family issues with my kid.

He's older now and I dont have the issues anymore and I was wanting to get back into it. I've tried contacting the local navy recruiter to ask about what I would have to do about rejoining but cant get an answer. I've served my 8 years and recieved an honorable discharge. Was hoping someone could steer me in the right direction. I've been doing TON's of workouts including Stew Smiths books. Still not where I want to be but getting there. Appreciate any help you guys can give me. Been a long time frog fan and wanna-be tadpole.

Keep up the great work and have a awesome Navy day.

Hooyah!

If you have an RE-1 code on your DD-214 it should be a no-brainer.  I assume that you've talked to a recruiter already?  You may need to go into the reserves for a year and then apply to go active duty.
