I am Not/was Not A SEAL...

I would like to stress to the members here and those just passing thru, that I have NEVER served as a United States Navy UDT/SEAL...

I served with pride in the U.S. Navy, as a police officer, federal investigator, and finally a Contract Agent to one of the infamous "Alphabet Agencies" within our Government... 

I had the honor to train UDT-6, SEAL Teams 2 & 4 Operators as well as Army Special Forces & SWAT Team tactical Dive Teams.

While "on contract" with the Government, while in a "UC legend", I used my experience with the Teams as part of my cover.  The "badguys" were made to think I was a former SEAL.  My objective;  to be accepted as someone with combat & SPECOPs experience (which I had), and to gain their confidence and keep illegal weapons and explosives from making it into the hands of militant organizations within the United States.

After over ten years of active "UC" contract work, I was IOD (Injured On Duty) in 1983 while on such an operation and remain on Federal Disability.

Why this letter?  I am proud to have several friends within the SEAL community.  My Boot Camp is based upon the BUD/S format, and I have referred many young people to the Military SPECOPs pipelines.

I do not want any mis-understandings; I am proud of my service and the efforts I putforth on behalf of our government. I am proud and appreciative of my association with the professionals here and do want to take away from what they lay on the line everyday.

I am perfectly happy with providing proof of my government service to the staff here.
