Got into working out in April 2008 and since then can't stop, and now I've progressed with the aspirations to be a Navy SEAL. I've had regular jobs and I never want to have another regular job again. I want the hard and exciting life of a Navy SEAL. I want to do something that makes a difference, a real difference and I believe this is it. I know this is it. I plan to go to BUD/s sometime in 2010, and pursue my dream. HOO-YAH!

Hey Bryan,

I would shoot to be able to maintain 30-40 miles per week of hard running before heading to BUD/S. Of course I've never been there but all the research I've read on it suggests that's what you have to do. I'm not sure if I'm going to do more or less than that because I can handle changes in mileage pretty quickly, but my thought is that if you can't handle a week of 40 miles, then you won't be able to make it through BUD/S.

If I don't get a billet to OCS...well I haven't entirely decided yet. Hopefully that won't happen! I could wait it out and apply again in 6 months, or enlist with the SEAL contract, or look into the PJ pipeline in USAF.

You'd have to understand my gal pal.  It's pretty funny actually and quite fitting as well.
