Yeah man I've been working out more than I used to!  I've kinda chilled a little on the SEAL crossfits for a little and have been working more on long distance swimming and running and some good weight lifting.  I finally got my ship date...January 21st so I'm anxious and very ready to go.  I don't think there is much more I could do to prepare myself physically.  Hope all is going well with you.

No they just know what they saw or seen on the NJ turnpike.  They don't know how beautiful some cities are.  Where is your town out west toward PA?  I don't recognize the name.  Hope all is well and keep in touch.  AJ
