I am an Engineering Physics major with plans to join the Navy shortly after graduating. I have a wife and a son born on 12-4-07. I love them both dearly. My dad is still active duty Navy. Enlisted at age 18 and after being runner-up for Sailor of the Year for the West Coast he was accepted for OCS and became a Mustang at rank E-6 and then went on to graduate from OCS at the top of his class. He is quite an inspiration to me and he is still my hero (sorry if that's too corny for your liking).

Giving it my all. Pushing myself to the breaking point and finding I can go past it.

Nay-sayers. Arrogance. Intolerance of cultural or religious differences.

I learned to dive while I was in Guam for 3 years. Advanced Open Water, Rescue Diver, Deep Diver, Wreck Diver, Search and Recovery Diver, Boat Diver (possibly the most idiotic qual there is), etc... Sailing, hunting (mostly I just like going to the range and sighting in scopes for my friends and what not), fishing, cars.

Hey Didley. Congrats on your boy...I’m not a father yet. I admire your commitment to your family and your aggressiveness in getting what you want. I’m sure that aggressiveness can and might have got you into trouble...but I can understand your passion for wanting to be in the SEAL organization. Oh...wanted to comment on what you said "He is quite an inspiration to me and he is still my hero (sorry if that's too corny for your liking)" - that’s not corny at all...to some that take it for granted, it might be. I never met my father and the things I know about him do not give me a warm feeling inside. I commend you for staying with your new family and your aggressiveness for still trying to take on more responsibilities in life. Take care and enjoy your Holidays...I know its just a Baby, but will you buy it a set of throwing knives or BB-gun ? I cant wait to have a family one day.. My boys are going to have an arsenal. That’s of course if the Wife allows it lol... Take care m8.
