My name is Zack i am 18 years old and i enjoy weight training, sports and spending time with friends and family. I take health and fitness very seriously, If you tell me i cannot do something or achieve a goal i will make you wrong everytime.. I am currently a DEP recruit and i am leaving in september. i have recently reclassed from aircrew to navy diver, i plan on reclessing to seals (gotta get my run time down) i have an amazing girlfriend who supports and inspires me to work my hardest everyday.. thats about it if you have any other questions feel free to ask..

cheaters liars and people who talk to much..i look around and i tend to see these people not much older than myself thinkin they're rambo..your not end of story, the real hardasses are the ones who religiously put them selves to the test and push they're limits beyond what anybody thought was possible, these are your hardasses and they dont have time to run they're mouths because theyre too busy workin their asses off, maybe u should ask yourselves "Which one are you"
