Sorry J!  These last several months have been the worst in the last 6.  I, like you, am hanging in there.  Not much else one can do...just gotta keep plugging along.  Finished an 8 week boot camp at the end of January that kicked my ass...glad that's over with.  Started a new exercise class last Thursday and a new one starts on the 16th...both end the beginning of April.  Had to find some way to reduce the stress on the homefront...it's working and I'm feeling pretty good.

The game was fantastic...that's how Super Bowls should be...and The Who totally rocked the half time show!
