hey if you are really wondering about officers in the TEAMs, they still get to go on missions, but they rank up higher, and the higher up you get, the less action you get and the more time you spend on your butt behind a desk. You still get a couple of good years though going on missions and you get to lead your TEAM because of your ranking. Hope this helps if you were wondering.
