Tough loss for your Broncos today. Just finished watching the game. They gave it their all and made a hell of a come back towards the end. We had a hell of a game against the Falcons and had it won until their final kick off after their last TD. Tough one to lose but it was a hell of a game to watch. We were all on the edge of our seats for this one.

Yeah- your Bronco's seem to be a little beat up in the running back/receiver corp, but they may pull it out- you never know! I think my weekend is going to go from the Thrill of Victory (just came from the hockey game where the Sharks beat the Kings 3-1) to the Agony of Defeat (going to the Niner game vs. Philly) pretty quickly.

Your point is well taken. I wouldn't dream of trying to take on BUD/s in the shape I was in that photo. Just carrying WAY too much mass in general. I think I was right at 240 in that photo and holding about 11% bf iirc. The goal is approximately 190 and a bit leaner.
I keep reading time and time again that the first guys to drop are the guys with body builder physiques. Well, that's me to a 'T'. So, gotta change that and be harder with excellent endurance. Embrace the change ;)

I quit drinking, eating anything my toungue recognizes as food and drinking water, milk and juicey juice ...My repetitions are increasing along with my weight. I weighed 223 last week and this week Im 233.4. I quit everything for the rest of the year, adjusting my caloric intake tomorrow and will be between 190-200 before new years. Two years ago before I quit working for my uncle, I weighed 275lbs. I dropped down to 194lbs within 6 months, I can do it again. Sucks for me but I can celebrate on New Years if I get to work now and get what I want done, and move on. I see your sporting a mustache in your pic...Ive been trying to grow facial hair since I was 16, and my beard (if you could call it that) got a bit thicker. It helps to have one in the winter when I run outside, here in Chicago. Enjoy your weekend as well , you deserve it more then I do. Take care.

Yes, I'm certainly hoping to get out to Coronado and spend some time in the surf at BUD/S. My age will certainly be a factor and require a waiver. But hopefully if I crush the PST, have a few really solid letters of recommendation, and am in incredible shape, the Navy will see fit to let me back in and serve. - V
I'll try to enjoy the weekend- I am going to the 49er/Patriots game in SF. With Brady out we MAY have a chance to win, but since I have gotten used to a whole lot of suckage at the games the last few years I won't hold my breath. At least NHL regular season starts this coming week- the Sharks are more fun to watch even from my nosebleed seats!
