Hi, Well Texas is cooling off to 90 degrees. We had like 30 days of 100 plus heat. As far as I know only you and I are the only ones at NSC. Although, I would assume their are others who are lurking. It is a really good group with excellent moderators. They play it really straight. So, if you have a question please feel free to ask it. One thing though, they do not like to answer a question that has already been asked. So before you ask do a search to see if there is already a thread with an answer on your question.
So, tell me about your picture. You won some kind of athletic award? Because of you age I assume that you are a senior. Is that right?

Okay, that's pretty easy. You can request any member to be a friend from the profile side of the site. That member can either approve or deny your request. The buddy list is on the forum side of the site and you can add anyone to that list that you want without their approval. You can also add any member to your ignore list. If you add a member to your ignore list and are logged in, you will not see any post that member made. What you will see is a message that says "so and so is on your ignore list". This however only works when you are logged in. If you are just reading without logging in, you will see all of the posts. The profile and forum sides of the site operate differently.
Hey PerkCityNato, just recieved my running boots from the SEAL store. It's incredible how a new pair of boots/shoes can improve a persons run. My 1 mile run went from 11min 42sec to 8min 23 sec (In boots). My last pair were 8 yrs old ...I have a hard time leting go of shoes/boots/equipment I use it till it can't be used anymore. I still kept the old pair though. The next time I have time to relax/talk, I want to ask you about Muay Thai Kickboxing,MMA . Take care, ttyl.
