Have you ever seen the movie Point Break? It made sky diving seem very intense and wild...I have a fear of flying. During the flight, I couldnt wait to reach 14,000 ft before jumping out. I didnt feel exhilerated until my feet touched the ground. I felt relaxed but at the same time, I felt alive...I felt nothing exept for the cold wind blasting my face while falling at around 120 mph. The moment my feet touched the ground, I just wanted to be back up there...but it was nothing like in the movies. You dont get the same sensation you get on a rollor coaster...most people I talked to dont do it because they think they will feel that constant force, during the 60 or so seconds it took to decend before pulling my chute. It felt great. I had no fear of it....now tell me to climb a mountain, I'll do it, but that scares me more...same with surfing or flying, but sky diving was a pleasent retreat for me. I felt adrenaline on a motorcycle, I felt fear on the flight , while falling through the air, I felt nothing but freedom...unless of course my chute didnt open lol
Whats up guy...saw you stop by. I saw your picture and thought it was just a picture, like mine is. I just thought I would ask, have you ever went sky diving ? (I did and loved it, although it wasn't as intense as the movies made it seem)
Hey tango tank! I noticed that you stopped by so I'm here returning the favor and saying hello.
