hey i was checkin out 1stud's page and I noticed tht u r joining the Navy sometime close to January. Wat I hav heard is tht you are supposed to get into the best shape of your life rite before u join the Navy because in tht week or so of boot camp u arent able to train as much as you normally would. so if you were in amazing shape rite b4 joining the Navy, it wouldn't hurt u as much. I'm just saying wat I've heard.

Yea man, finally getting my eyes done in early May. After the wait period I'll be signing up and shipping out asap.

Hell ya, I am pushin some heavy iron. Squats, Deadlifts, and Bench...aw, the Big 3. Good stuff man...work the meat and potatoes, get perfect form, and the pounds will add up. But lift with your head, not your ego.

 

I saw your PST scores on the forrum side (I think they were yours). Keep it up man. I am a junior, so I have my senior year and (because of my eyes) at least a year of college. If all goes well, I will be enlisting when I am 19-20. Gonna keep lifting heavy, but after High School I am focusing on Crossfit and endurance, with heavy lifts being supplementary. Anyways, STAY HARD!
