I was out for Christmas....spent time with my daughters...never really have the time to go see what is new...I'm sure not much has changed!!

fyi: grinder pt..in 1st phase is part chaos...people going everywhere...dip bars, pullup bars, wet n sandy, hittin the ibs's....after hell week....pt changes and is not as much of a hammer session. More to prepare your body for the TEAMS!!

No not every person needs to be on a set of fins...hell 1/2 the class at any given time will be in the ocean....getting wet and sandy!!

Not necessarily...most classes are down to reasonable size within the first week!! I imagine a big class is 140+...and usually is down to >100 after the 1st week...they put the vice on till they have a manageable crew!! Very cool you got a tour...damn I miss that place!!

Nice!! What did you think of the BUD/S compound? They used to have that plaque on the grinder!! So now you know....keep it to yourself...if you could!! Appreciate!!
