I saw on K's page that you are going on vacation in two days...heading out of town? I live vicariously through other people's vacations, since I haven't had one for awhile and until I train someone to do my job in surgery, I can't take one.

Hey JA things are ok here, went to the chiro today for when I fell down the hill a few weeks ago. Turns out I hurt my back more than I thought, I thought I was just old but I'm not. She said it should heal in a few weeks with no risdual pain. How are the headaches, better I hope. And the writing?

Ouch! Sorry you had a migraine- that is miserable.

Life here = pretty ggod. Work is busy- cold and flu season means lots of people in heart failure. My whole body hurts- I have recently started getting ready for a marathon in May, and my body is reminding me that some of those muscles haven't been used in a loooong time.
