Hey,

I grew up swimming - lived near the beach when I was younger, and took swimming and diving (board) lessons and was on a swim team. Although, I can do a sidestroke, I tried the CSS just to see if I could do it and how different it is from what I know --- I can do it when I swim and the right side of my body is facing toward the bottom of the pool -- but I am so....uncoordinated when the left side of my body is facing toward the bottom of the pool...I got a laugh out of not being able to coordinate my legs with my arms -- I must have looked really pathetic....anyway -- not that I'll ever need to use it but it's fun to try....good luck with your training.
