I was born in sumner WA. i went to lakeradge middle school. and now i go to sumner high. one of my favorite friend is fua. he was in the rangers and helps me work out. i have a max bench of 240 lbs. ive been looking forward to goining the seals all my life. i was also able to convince my friend to try to get into the seals which he agreed. im currently involved in sports baseball, wresling, and golf, and i also work out alot with friends.

Hey sealbred, I applaud u 4 ur desire 2 join the SEALS! But, I hope ur desire is primarily 2 serve the USA, and not just 2 b a SEAL. Also, remember...although being physically strong is important, MENTAL strength is what will get u there. Many physically-tough "nuts" crack easily under mental pressure. AND...don't 4get 2 STUDY, STUDY, STUDY. Naval Special Warfare Command is ALSO looking 4 smart candidates...grades mean as much as the rest of their selection process. Go buy a book called ASVAB for Dummies, it costs about $17.00. It's one of the best study guides which will not only help u pass the ASVAB, but it will help u get higher scores than u would have without it. The LORD says, in Proverbs 23:12, "Apply your heart to discipline, and your ears to words of knowledge", and in verse 17, says, "Do not let your heart envy sinners, but live in the fear [or respect] of the LORD always."  Finally, Psalm 37:4&5, says, "Delight yourself in the LORD, and He will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the LORD, trust also in Him, and He will do it."

   I have never known anybody to apply these words to their life and not seen these words come true! I pray God guides ur steps and gives u insight 2 His direction in ur life, "sealbred"!

Hey Sealbred... I just received your request. Sorry I didnt catch it sooner, computers and I dont mix well. Nice profile. My max bench press is 350lbs. I tried lifting it the second time and only got half way. Its impressive that your lifting that much at your age . Its only impressive to me because Im probably jealous that I didnt do so much at your age ...good job. Take care and hope you had a nice Thanks Giving...with your activity Im sure you consumed half the bird all on your own. The party was at my house so Im going to be eating turkey for a while...
