Mark, it ws certainly a pleasure to have had the opportunity to have you with me last week to take a tour of a lifetime.  If you would please write a blog to document your experience to include some of the conversation at the coffie shop and any other periods of the day that stand out, this will help inspire those that want to take the SEAL Challenge.  Thanks and I do look forward to seeing you again.
