I am a 15 year old (as of may 7, 2008) aspiring to be a Navy Seal. I am a competitive swimmer, runner, and water skier and am on my school’s swim, cross country and track team and a year round swim team. I train using workouts and guide lines from Stew Smith’s The Complete Guide to Navy Seal Fitness. In addition to Athletics, I lifeguard at the local pool every summer and lead a MilSim (Military Simulation) Paintball Team. I have nothing but the utmost respect for the entire SEAL community and hope to earn my place in it ASAP.
