Not at US crossfit (wish I was) my trainer was a TEAM 5 guy and is a f%/*#ing badass to say the least, Swat officer now when he works out with us it's crazy to see a ripped 41 y/o destroy everyone haha.
I totally feel you man like I have competitive for everything, not as good as you but still competitive for the Navy :) and I take the PST next to such goobers like guys who can't pass frikinshnockie. Like the guy came in and couldn't do 50 sit ups... I was counting for him and like holding his feet down, it was f%/*#ing embarrassing. Do you live in Cali? just wondering cause if your near me my crossfit trainer was a SEAL and is a f%/*#ing beast and a way cool guy to just chill with after WOD's and stuff.
I KNOW RIGHT, My mom was like well how was it before and I just know I'm worse now than I was then but it's hard to like rate. Still hasn't gone away yet for me and I'm 8 months post op... They claim it'll go away eventually so I am just not worrying about for now.
Dep is frikin awesome man, it's such a f%/*#ing security blanket to have a contract. Trying to get it bumped up but I got f%/*#ing lazy cause of the Gf with her wanting to spend time with me so I made more and more sacrifices to training so she just got the talk again that she better not even think about seeing me before all my PT is done. Anyway, how are you coming along in the process? Your coming up on 6 months post Op aren't you?
That is the fugliest thang I have ever seen! I'm hanging in there and just waiting on moving to the left coast...can't friggin' wait for that day to get here! Slept for absolute crap when storms rolled in at 0400...now it is hot and humid here again...just in time for the concert tonight...gotta love that!
Wish my starbursting was off and on, little trick I learned though make a peephole with your hand, like roll your index finger up in your thumb so there is only a tiny hole you can look through and star bursting andshnockie will perfectly clear up for that eye. It's weird idk why yet guna ask the doc when I go in for my 6 month why looking through a small aperature does that. Cause same thing happens looking through the iron sites of my AR.

BTW...my freakin' knees are killing me. I see stairs and I wanna cry...I have to park far away from a building I have to go in to and I wanna cry! The next step is to take some vic...the pain I have is excruiating!!!
My arms are killing me from doing housework and push-ups...I start Boot Camp at 0600 on Monday for 8 weeks...still can't believe I'm gonna pay some one to beat the crap out of me...should be fun though!

Good times were had and only a few things remain a mystery...HA! I do know for a fact I had nothing, absolutely nothing to do with a fountain on the island over flowing with foam from a bottle of Downy being poured into it.
