Not too much...just drove from the mid-west to the left coast. Super busy getting things unpacked, set up and organized. At least when I go to sleep at night I'm not tossing and turning...I fall asleep instantly!
Sounds like you had a great trip and glad to hear that you are still among the living after running along side the bulls! I'll be headed out to the west coast soon and then back home before the final trip to the new place. Other than that it's still sorting and packing day in and day out.

Sounds like the trip has been fantastic so far and will continue to be that way. Hopefully you won't be on the ground trying to dodge the bulls...me, I'd stay up high and just watch the other people being gored! The weather state side has been stormy lately...tornados in many parts of the US...crazy stuff! Chi town has been unbearably hot and humid and summer just officially started...the heat I can handle but the humidity they can keep! Travel safe...have a great time and keep in touch!
Hey Illi! Just got back to Chi Town and the flight was awful...flew threw some storms and I wasn't feeling like my "normal" self to begin with. I am calling it a day since it has been a long one. I will check back sometime later today. How's things going for you?

Let's just say that my 2 oldest bros are that in name only and my one sister is on the fast track to be joining them. The funniest part is that if all this was going on as they believe...where TF were they? No where because it never happened...that shut them TF up real fast! But...they are praying for me to see the light...they should be praying that the Lord above knocks some freakin' sense into them more!

I'm back in Shitville, IL...ugggg! Trip was good with the exception of one day when I was informed that I was responsible for everything that went wrong with my Mom's health...some of my siblings are certifiable...nothing more than their guilt and control freaky ways talking shee-yit!

Thanks Illi. Let's just say that the vulture-in-law came out on Sunday and showed her true colors and now the 2 oldest children are nothing more than my brothers in name only. Honestly I have never seen 2 individuals more f'd up in my entire life...it is all about the almighty dollar with them and their wives...truly sad and pathetic. But, what goes around comes around.
I heard today that the USA deserved to win the Gold. The thought of having one sip of beer makes me want to toss my cookies...can't imagine 5 pitcher between 2 guys.
From the half of the game that I saw it appeared to me that they lost it by not capitalizing on the power plays they had. But, I don't know what happened after I had to leave for the family event. Thanks for having enough beers for me...maybe that's why I slept like crap last night...not a fan of beer...tequila...hell yeah!
Hiya Illi. I only saw the first period and then 1/2 of the second before I had to head off to my great nephew's 1st birthday party and then a wake for a neighbor. Have a few for me while you're out having several for yourself...I sat and watched my SIL get tanked earlier...then all of the boo hoo'n started and I left for the wake. I'll have to catch up on what actually happened during the game once the local news comes on.
Thanks, I appreciate that. We'll see what happens this Friday when I take her back to the surgeon for another follow-up. If she hasn't gained weight in the last 2 weeks I may blow a gasket. When my family and friends ask how she's doing I say that she is a master at sabotage.
I'm hanging in there Illi...not much else I can do, really. I will say that things would be a whole lot better if someone would eat more throughout the day than they presently do. It would do wonders for their recovery, but I can't exactly force feed her...{big sigh}.

Illi...I am so sorry about that. I would never leave you out intentionally...you of course already know that but I had to say it anyways. My brain is on overdrive as well as many other things in my life right now. You didn't miss much really. The show was on yesterday. I caught the 1st segment that I was taped for and they only used one portion from Intimacy; which was of the owner. I haven't checked the tape to see if there was a shot in the audience but I heard from a friend that she didn't see me. Oh well...I was on years ago on that same show...not a biggie if ya know what I mean.
I'll send you the info sometime tomorrow...it has been a long day dealing with some remodeling at home and I am beat. Hopefully I'll be able to sleep for more than my typical 3 to 4 hours before I start tossing and turning for hours on end. TTYS

Okay, I'm completely confused now. The fracured tib isn't what's causing the pain but an old stress fracture that you just found out you have from the bone scan is? No baseball for you...that has got to majorly suck for you...you are all about baseball! I feel for ya Illi and I'm sorry that this is the hand you've been dealt.
OMG...I think you may need some more calcium in your diet! Is this a stress fracture or just a minor fracture? One would think you would have felt something at some time...WOW!!!
As to the rest, the migraines haven't appeared this week but 2 of my family members got a new ass torn last weekend...so done dealing with them and their BS! It isn't about them and one of these days they may actually realize it...I'm just not dense enough to wait for it to happen...nobody needs to hit me upside the head more than once!
Hey Illi! Thanks for stopping by and the update. I'm not online all that often these days. It's pretty much on and then off and it will be that way for the next several months. Migraines have been better and so far this week I haven't had one; which is a good thing. I am absolutely exhausted dealing with all of these Doctors and their specific fields of medicine. I can only imagine how hard it is on my "charge". I don't mind getting older but without your health, you don't have shee-yit! Maybe that is what is keeping my migraines at bay...then again who knows. Luckily I have help arriving this weekend...so jazzed for that!
Gin is good in Long Island Iced Teas and that's about it. I never acquired a taste for gin in all my years of drinking. Right now I'm drinking plain old iced tea...day 7...migraine number 4...and it ain't from my fruity strawberry margaritas either!
