Dork face, I am going to quote from your "About Me" section:
I am slowly realizing that life is usually better left unplanned. The plans you do make won't always turn out just as you thought - this is for the best in the long run.
Saw you stopped by. How are things out in sunny Cali? Be thankful you aren't here in the midwest. It is another cold weekend in these parts...Brrrrrrrr!!!
Erica, I came by to wish you a very Merry and Blessed Christmas. May you have a joyful time with your loved ones and I wish you only good things in the new year!
Air that is so not cool doing a drive by... I will let it slide this time only because it sounds like your busy with a demo project. That is my favorite part of any project, its the cleaning up and putting it back together that i hate.
Oooh! A demolition project! Always a good time. I should ask my parents if I can take down a wall? I'm not sure the house would be as structurally sound, though....
How much longer does your guy have at pre-BUD/S. J just got his schedule -- he starts Jump School the Monday after our "wedding" reception. Hahaha. Figures. This is mucking up our moving plans, though. I really didn't want to drive a U-Haul out by myself. Time to call the girlfriends up and see who's interested in a road trip...
That is Pinky, he got the name when he was first born because all of his white spots looked pink. He is 3/4 choc lab and 1/4 german shorthair pointer. The mom is a rescue the hubby took in and she is full choc lab. The dad is my dog who is almost 11yrs old, he is 1/2 german and 1/2 choc lab. I honestly think that Pinky is the best behaved because I have had him since birth, all I have to do is say no and he stops what he is doing. The old man isn't bad I just let him get away with far more now because of his age. Telling you about this just reminded me I have to call the butcher to get their christmas presents.
I will definitely keep you updated on the run in May. Thankyou about the pup, we actually have the mom and the dad he was the last one left out of the litter and the hubby was pouting worse than the kids about getting rid of him(pinky was his fav). So I relented and we kept him, the sad part is that he is so much better behaved then his parents.
Hey airdawn, saw you had stopped by one of my friends pages and decided to drop by and offer you an invite. There are a group of us from here that are planning on doing the rock and roll marathon this coming may in SD to raise money for the NSW foundation. We have people that are going to be doing different distances and some will be walking while others are running. We will be posting a thread about it once we have more details from the person in charge at the NSW foundation.
hi there, my boyfriend is in boot camp at Great lakes right now, and we are planning to move to coronado sometime in january, I don't know anyone out west (i'm from Indiana) how are you liking it out there, are you living on the base?
It sounds like you are already seasoned when it comes to deployments etc. You got it then! I enjoyed your reply and I hope my post helped. Take care and wishing you two all the best!
Hey girl! I read your reply to my "1st posting". Thank you for the welcome! It's a neat website... but I am still learning how the site works. I wasn't sure where to post my reply so I will post it on under the family forum. I hope it helps. Take care!
