Do you have a relative with the first name of Jeffrey, last name Blodgett? I ask because there was a much loved professor at Oberlin College with that name.
No big work outs yet. I just run 2 miles a day and then do assorted exercises after the run. I plan to start increasing my runs and exercises and eventually add some swimming before I head for the military.
