The Elections: What's your position on those running & why?

I'm really interested on members' positions on the candidates and why.  Especially those presently serving in the military and vets.

VENT Here!

God bless America...

McCain, strong on military. Downside, has a tendency to self-destruct with crazy commits, but still our best choice at this point. Can't see demos making it.

I had a real problem with Pres Clinton back int eh 90s as he became president but I was even more equally displeased with the Republican choices...  As the old bumper sticker had once said- "Don't Blame Me- I Voted For Perot!" which I had...  Wow- 'train wreck' anyone?

This year?

Czarina Hillary or a shadowed mirror of her in McCain...

Romney- meh; maybe yes, maybe no- his stances on social issues says he'll put the "assault weapons ban" back into place and he'll become the bane of the Secular Progressive party...

Gulianny?  Guns Gone- Amnesty America- but at least we'd have a strong military- again pizzing off the Sec Pros.

Obama?  Communist.  Take a look at his tenure [short lived as it was] in Chicago- excuse me, "Illinois"- note that thanks to his guided leadership we have Sharia Commissions checking out McDonalds and KFCs in Illinois now...  No thanks- no "thunderous applause" for the loss of my freedom.

Good starting point, Faithy- glad to see some one's willing to tackle the underlying thoughts out here!  You Go!
