I wonder what Navy Seals Think?

I have been reading a lot of Navy Seals Romance books lately.  I'm embarrassed to admit that I'm hooked.  I love anything to do with Navy Seals so these are really up my alley.  I'm just curious to know how do the REAL Navy Seals feel about these?  Are you aware of these books?  Authors like Suzanne Brockmann, Marliss Melton, Christine Skye, Lora Leigh, etc.  I have read them all and I can't seem to get enough.  Are Navy Seals embarassed by these?  Do you find them amusing?  What do you really think?  I have been following Navy Seals for years and read anything I can find out about them.  My favorite books have been Marc Luttrel's Lone Survior and Dick Couch's The Warrior Elite.  However, I have never had the opportunity to meet a Navy Seals (One of my dreams!) and I'm very curious to know how they feel about the romance genre dedicating so many books to them?

I am also hooked on the seal romance books.I wonder if they are any seals that are as HOT!!!! as the ones in the romance novels?

I am not embarrassed to admit that I too am hooked and love the SEALs.  I am very amused in the way SEALs are portrayed in the novels and know well that they can be romantic and charming. The most amazing meeting with a REAL SEAL happens every single day that I,.. look in the mirror. LOL  To be appreciated is truly an honor, to be honored is to be truly appreciated.  Just have had the opportuinty to be a SEAL, to do a job that I have loved, and to perform tasks that seem second nature, has been an true adventure of a lifetime.  thank you for your recognition but more, thank you for permitting me to serve my country.

Hey, just to let you know im not a SEAL. If you're wondering why, you should stop by my profile and read my about me section. Anyways, if you really want to know how it feels to meet a Navy SEAL, it is the best feeling ever. I have met a few during my life. I want to join so bad every time I get an opprtunity to speak with those guys. Anyways, Im trying to save money to go down to florida to visit the navy seal museum. Alright miss, take care. hope some day you have a chance to meet a navy seal. bye

I don't think you should feel embarrassed to admit you're hooked.  A lot of people are.  And many have wandered to this site to learn more about Navy SEALs because of those books!  I haven't read any of the romance books personally, because they aren't my thing.  One of these days I'll get around to reading "The Warrior Elite".  I did read Dick Couch's "The Finishing School"  though.
