Swim/Run Day

Workout 800 yard swim 10-15 min drive to the park 3.5 mile run (25:29) Notes Did some bobbing in the 9ft end of the pool relaxing as much as possible on the bottom. Shins feel fine - I'll continue to do weighted "point and flex" 3 times a week. Ran in tennis shoes - shoe weight wasn't a problem this time. Swam the first 400 yards or so without goggles - it sucked - aside from the burning my vision became impaired.
