Its good to be back

WOW It feels dawn good to finally get back on here. Anyone have any workout regimes that i could utilize  as its the off-season for wrestling for the next 8-9 months.

Well im a wrestler and i like to run a good 2-3 miles as a warm up then i do my lifting i go for a good swim after that of coarse push ups sit ups pull ups all the ups then a good one mile cool down i keep my weight down but still build muscle
