Another killer workout. View here please. Modification without barbell and gym facilities. 500 meter run Sprawl Clean - 10 pushups and 10 burpees cycle Weighted pullups - 10 standard pullups. Repetitions. Set 1 - 10 pushups & 10 burpees cycle + 10 standard pullups. Set 2 - 10 pushups & 10 burpees cycle + 8 standard pullups. Set 3 - 10 pushups & 10 burpees cycle + 5 standard pullups. Set 4 - 10 pushups & 10 burpees cycle + 4 standard pullups.
