Anticipation

10/26/2008 12:43:10 / determined

Last night I was laying down resting and I started to think how badly I wanted to become a SEAL, and how I just wanted to start BUD/S now! I started to think how many people were working the hardest mentally and physically they've ever worked at BUD/S while I was just imagining being there. If you read many of Frogman80's blogs he talks about the "burn", how many of you actually have this "burn", and how many of you just want to say your a SEAL because of a couple of video games!? A couple books, DVDs, and video games can’t prepare you for what they are going to throw at you during BUD/S! Yes, it will show that you’re highly interested, but being highly interested, and actually working for and desiring the Trident are two different things! If you want it bad enough you know! No I am not a SEAL, but work yourself until BUD/S, so when you get there, it goes to show how bad you really wanted it, push yourself for the best PST scores, strive for above competition levels, we can all accomplish our dreams! There is no such word as can’t! HooYah NavySEALs Community HooYah!

Very inspiring my friend. I think like that my self. Whenever im at wrestling practice and things start getting tough i just think "this is only the begining, I think "I am Going to be a SEAL this is nothing" and like that i get my second wind. I really hope to see you down in good old Coronado
