The tour happens because I am a Navy SEAL, a Lieutenant Commander and I have established myself at BUD/s to introduce prospective candidates to the experience. The seeing, feeling and absorbing the BUD/s experience while addressing concerns and issues that prospective candidates may have in trying to decide if they have the right stuff to be SOMEONE SPECIAL, has motivated and helped many of the candidates whom I have had the privilege of mentoring.
Now the only question is... do you have the "Right Stuff" to take the Navy SEAL Challenge?
I'm just posting this in case you didn't read this same post about your blog.
Hey I deal with the same problem. Sometimes I just don't feel like doing my workout on certain days and here was my problem: I was doing the same routine over and over again. You eventually get bored and you don't have the same urge to do that workout as you would with something new. Try to see if there are any trainers at your local gym because trainers tend to have workouts planned out. Also if you go to the GET SEAL FIT section on the toolbar and then click on "workouts" section it has a different workout to do every day. You don't necessarily need to "suck it up and stop complaining" but changing your routine might help. You could still do what you already do, but throw in some other things to have a variety of workouts. At BUD/S they have all sorts of workouts and drills that they have you do that push you to your limits so try to change it up a bit. Hope this helps.
