Only one more day to the weekend! I'm flying out to Seattle on Sunday and my brother's got stuff lined up to keep me busy until J meets us there on Thursday. Yeehaw. =)

I have a friend who will be trying to get published as well...I read some of his stuff and it's interesting, although he tries very hard to find word usuage that would make a majority of readers pick up a dictionary, along with a copy of of his book ...its his style and either a person can appreciate it or not. I saw on K's page that you are going on vacation in two days...heading out of town? I live vicariously through other people's vacations, since I haven't had one for awhile and until I train someone to do my job in surgery, I can't take one.
Hey JA things are ok here, went to the chiro today for when I fell down the hill a few weeks ago. Turns out I hurt my back more than I thought, I thought I was just old but I'm not. She said it should heal in a few weeks with no risdual pain. How are the headaches, better I hope. And the writing?

Life here = pretty ggod. Work is busy- cold and flu season means lots of people in heart failure. My whole body hurts- I have recently started getting ready for a marathon in May, and my body is reminding me that some of those muscles haven't been used in a loooong time.
We definitely had a white Christmas last year with about 3 feet of the stuff. It could happen again this year as they are saying we will be hit harder this year than last and that was over 50 inches...YIKES!!! Have a good weekend J. ~Shar
Jesse passed his test today -- and I'm only a few hours away from Friday -- so I am doing gooooood. Glad to hear the migraine is taken care of. Does that happen alot? When do you officially leave on holiday?
That would be a negative J! It was 55 today with sunshine. The snow can hold off until after the 1st of December. It has snowed already but nothing that stuck. I am now jealous of your holiday. I would love to be on the Island! Hopefully sooner, rather than later. ~Shar

My week is crawling -- how about yours? I'm ready for the weekend. Going to a costume fundraiser party. It's supposed to be your favorite celebrity/movie character. Audrey Hepburn is taken, so I'm going for the next best thing: Angelina Jolie as Lara Croft: Tomb Raider. =)
Speaking of school, I am actually in the library right now procrastinating a little. I am scheduled to graduate in June of 09, with a few summer school classes to finish up, i think a total of 12 units for summer school (3 classes). Its all going pretty well so far, just a lot of midterms and tests.
Im getting excited the snow has started to fall and its gotten colder. I dont know how much snowboarding Ill get it but I hope for quite a bit, as long as the snow is good.

Iam a few days late -- but hope you had a nice halloween. Do the kids get into it in NZ? We only had a few trick-or-treaters because my house is a bit remote. That's okay -- more candy for me!
That is funny and we had snow here last week as well. It didn't stick but it was still snowing. It was 71 here on Friday for Halloween. We haven't seen temps that high for Halloween in years. I'm already planning trips for next year just escape the snow here!
No worries at all J. It is an absolutely beautiful day here. The sun is out and the sky is clear blue with temps expected to reach 74 today. We just don't get that often this time of the year. I need to get out of my Football jersey and head out and enjoy the day here. This weather is expected to last through Wednesday and then it will be 20 degrees cooler with rain! He's pushing along, thanks for asking. I felt a little guilty because I spent a weekend in Sin City (Las Vegas) with a group of girlfirends, but he is just glad he gets to see pics of me all dolled up. I'm kind of a t-shirt and jeans gal, y'know? How is the writing coming??? Keep it up!!
Our local movie store didn't have it! I've got it on the Netflix que, though. Need to find the other movie to send back to Netflix first.....I am sure they have me on a list as one of the worst movie-returners ever.
