Hay Man i havent been able to get on in a while and my stepdad closed my Insant messiging thing so send me and email thats the only way i can talk haha it suks Ensign Boyer hahaha
Not much is goin on rite now. I just can't wait for summer. Ya I'm intereseted in the SEALs too and I hope to be one some day but that will be in a while since I'm 13 and I plan on going to college b4 BUD/S.
Ya Man that’s definitely not enough haha ok heres wat I found out SO FAR, Water Polo Teams GREAT to go in Because you need a lot of strength and it really helps you later on in BUD/S (I’m hoping to try to find a team and get on one, I’ve never been on one but I herd that SEALs were recruiting Water Polo members from colleges so I am defiantly going to get on a team). U should defiantly run A LOT more maybe 2-3 miles to start off then progress to 3-5 miles (I know it sounds hard but just take it at an easy pace) and you also have to remember that in the PreBUD/S you have to run a mile and a half in combat boots and pants so I would defiantly train with that. Another thing is PULL UPS!!! You have to be able to do 20 dead-hang pull ups. I ran into a retired SWCC member at a mall like 3 weeks ago at we talked for like 15 min and he told me that I have to be able to do this exactly-100 pushups, 100 sit-ups, 20 dead-hang pull-ups, 500 meter swim in under 930 for an officer, and of course that 1 ½ in under idk the time but I believe 10 min in pants and boots. Hay Man just look at the Recruiting section then go to BUD/S Warning Order on this website and try to complete a lot of the requirements. You should also get the workouts DVDs from this website- ALL Navy SEAL workout challenge DVDs with C.J. Caracci (THE BEST WORKOUT DVDS, start out by Completing and Mastering the DVDs one by one and start out from the easiest well the starter DVD to the Hardest ending kick ass DVD haha I mastered the first one but I need to get the rest of the set I only have the first and last one), and another really good one is the Navy SEALs Workout DVD. Im still going through this website trying to find out every thing that I can so I definetly suggest that also.
Well my names Nate, I'm from PA, and compete in Muay Thai Kickboxing. I'm in 10th grade, 16, hoping to sign DEP my 12th grade year and get a mentor. I'm training very hard to get my PST scores to be outstanding. I also love that qoute, to be honest I'm not even sure were I found it at or who it belongs too. I would give credit to the person who made it if I had even the roughest idea! Keep kicking ass, and keep training hard. HooYah.
