Just swiched training from bodybuilding to NSW training 2 days ago.I did my first swim today. 500 yards in all. I stopped after every lap so I didn't keep time. I guess I was in the pool about an hour. Trying to get the form right for the css.Intervals-my first4 1/4 mile intervals (powerwalked) I didn't time these but I will next time to get a base line. Intervals and rest took my 30 minutes.Later I'll do calisthenicspushups 5x10sit ups 5x15pull overs 5x20-15lbs (don't have a pull up bar here)And then I'll do core. 1 set of 8 different exercises.
