HOOYAH!! my own personal bag, the seal point to me go up and do the pull ups, i went to take my bag off, and he said, " no no no, leave it on" I started laughing. I said ok. After i finished my pullups, he than told me to go speak to the other seal, and he got my info. They know im already in DEP.
Thanks. I didn't have the opportunity to learn a perfect strokes from friends nor an instructor though I did join a swim team in college. I picked up as i observe how world class champions swimming. Of course, through the internet, I picked up tips from Ian Thorpe, Alexandra Proprov, Ti-Swim strokes, Goswim from either youtube or elsewhere. You are right, swimming efficiently is always technique & technique, and lots of hard work and hours, days, weeks, months & years of practice. Regards
I took a look at your swimming strokes blog and wanted to tell you about this swimming class that I took.
I thought that I was a good, strong swimmer. At about age 28, I took a swimming class at a local college. I found out that I was actually fighting myself all the was across the pool and always had been. I found out the hard way swimming is technique, technique and more technique.
