Hey! You would be one of the last people I was expecting to see pop online here but I'm glad you did. I seem to be getting a bunch of drive-bys lately on my page. I am snowed under thanks to the Pacific Coasts last rain system...okay not exactly snowed under but we got another 5 inches of the heavy white stuff. I'll shoot you an email a little later with some particulars. Right now I have to get dinner going for my charge. She's made progress and is finally gaining weight...WHOO HOO!
You're welcome! Ummm...didn't baseball end a few months back? The end of October or there abouts? Can't believe that it's time for baseball again. I'm not a big fan of pro baseball but I enjoy the summer leagues and the kids games. Seems to take an awful long time for 9 innings to be played...but that's just me! You were up awfully early today! How've you been lately? It's been a while since we've chatted. I heard you had a bit of a cold snap out your way. It was a bit warmer here at that time but unfortunately it didn't last more than 2 days. It did melt all the snow we had and luckily we haven't been hit with another storm since the 23rd. I'm looking at that as a blessing since I have a problem staying vertical in it! TTYS
Thanks that is my baby Pinky, I am a little shocked actually how much he looks like a GSP considering is 3/4 choc lab and 1/4 gsp. I have the mom and the dad and out of all them he is the best behaved. I dont mind the kids to much with the holidays, I am trying to get them to understand that its not really about getting everything that you want its just hard when everything is so commercialized.

I have never seen that movie so I can't comment. Springtime here is hit or miss but it really depends on what the time frame is. Early spring, forget it. Mid to late is much better. I wouldn't laugh at you, I would laugh with you. I'm finding that the older I get, the more thin skinned I am. It's not even that cold here yet and it's getting to me. I made a snow angel in my front lawn after I finished snow blowing. Typically I love Snow...not so much right now.
I have to agree that the early morning and the evening hours are chilly out there but the rest of the day the weather is beautiful. FTR, you don't know what chilly is. Try single digits (4 degrees) on Saturday and Sunday night. That is beyond chilly, it's bone cold! I do not like being....whatever'd!
It's just not nice to rub your good weather in my face is what I'm saying. There is about 4 inches of heavy wet snow that has already fallen and more is on the way. I was out in the rain earlier this morning, then the snow and now the winds are picking up here. I'd take warmth and wind over cold, snow and wind any day of the week! My next trip isn't going to get here quick enough!
I am not a happy camper right now. The temps have dropped again and the rain is now SNOW!!! The streets are slick and I have to leave here in about 45 minutes for dinner with my youngest brother. I went to get a pedicure in my flip flops this morning and nearly froze my toes off when I left!!! I'm in desperate need of warm air and sunshine. I have a feeling that the time is going to DRAG until I see that again!
Hey Soccermom! I am between appointments right now and only have a few minutes to spare. I would love to be out there considering the weather I've had here lately. Soon, very soon. Trying to get everything done before Friday. I will get in touch with you sometime tonight after I have dinner with my youngest brother. HaHa...I'm making him haul the live Christmas Tree into the house and stand for me!!!
I'm sure you are but if you are planning on rubbing it in, forget about it! I am freezing here with temps right around 32 to 36 and snow flurries...brrrrrrr!!!!! I'm not ready for this cold cold weather yet. I need some warm Cali Island Sunshine!!!
Hi there! I'm just sitting here with my earbuds in listening to some music and doing some research and reading. We had an absolutely beautiful day yesterday for the kids on Halloween with the temps at 71 but today was 50! I am getting sick of this weather and it's only fall. May just have to make a trip back to the Island before May. Other than that, not much new on my end but the same old same old. Good to know that things are going well and hopefully they will slow down for you and yours soon.

Yes I got it and replied. Too bad I will miss the SEAL Challenge tomorrow though. Next time for sure.
