Thatguy, just follow your doctor's post-op recovery plan. It's in your best interest that this goes very smoothly. The fitness that you lose in 2-3 weeks of reduced activity will be minimal, and you'll gain it back in no time. On the other hand, if your eyes don't heal right the process to correct it will only add time, frustration and additional delays in working out to the whole ordeal. This is something you want to only do once, do it right the first time. Good luck.

I agree completely with danodec. The Doctor will give you very carefully outlined instructions on what you should and should not be doing. Just make sure you use all the drops religiously,especially the white one (I think its called zobradex or something with a Z) because it prevents you from having permanent corneal haze after the surgery.
