You Don’t Have to be a Navy SEAL to Get Fit Like One!
Originally designed for our Navy SEAL candidates, the SEAL Fit online coaching program will help you:
- Dramatically increase your athletic performance by at least 30% or more in 6 months (actual results may vary. These results from our on-site training center in Encinitas, CA as well as the results of the new functional cross-training program at the real SEAL training center, BUD/s)
- Build strength and power in as little as 6 weeks
- Achieve a level of fitness and mental toughness once reserved for Special Operations forces
- Use the same training that elite Navy SEALs now use to prepare for the known and unknown rigors of combat, and compete at an elite level!
- Exclusive exercises used by Navy SEALs and Elite-Level Coaches. Train using functional exercises not found in traditional gyms, which build core stability and make you fit across a broad spectrum of skills.
The SEAL Fit program is designed by Mark Divine, founder of NavySEALs.com and SEAL FIT. The program is scalable for and beginners will want to start in our Online Coaching program Pre-Training or Basic Training programs. These programs will build your capacity so that ultimately you will be performing at the level of our Elite "Operator Workouts" at www.SEALFIT.com. SEAL FIT coaching focuses on building endurance, stamina, strength, durability and power in a 2-a-day workouts
- Develop Cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, strength, stamina, power, speed, agility, balance, flexibility and accuracy
- Beginners to World Class athletes - this program is scalable to all fitness levels – you don’t have to be an elite athlete to start the SEAL Fit program.
- Private Access to our Coaching Platform and Journal where you will receive your workouts, communicate with your coach and other SEAL FIT trainees. Receive one-on-one attention and support for your training

I have been an extreme endurance athlete for many years. Prior to starting SEAL Fit, my training consisted of massive amounts of running along with weight lifting in the gym.
