This is part 1 of a documentary about the U.S. Navy SEALs. This is a look into SEAL training (BUD/s), Navy SEAL history and even some about the SWCC (Special Warfare Combatant-Craft Crewman) boat operators. This is an interesting documentary and it gives a good overview of what is needed to become a SEAL.
