The Republic of Korea Naval Special Warfare operators are a special warfare unit of the Republic of Korean Navy . They are more commonly known as ROKN UDT/SEALs. These specialized frogmen are heavily influenced by the United States Navy SEALs, which provided knowledge and funds in the very beginning of the ROKN program and still maintain a close relationship by training together for a variety of high threat missions.
