James George Janos a former Underwater Demolition Team member more widely known as Jesse Ventura has received a ruling by U.S. chief magistrate Judge Arthur Boylan to continue his lawsuit against Navy SEAL Chris Kyle. Reportedly the initiation of Ventura’s lawsuit occurred following an interview Kyle did on Fox News while promoting the release of his book. Despite the murder of Kyle by a fellow combat veteran suffering from PTSD Ventura continues to pursue his lawsuit against the fallen American hero.
