A grand jury recently indicted the former Marine accused of killing former Navy SEAL Chris Kyle and Kyle’s friend Chad Littlefield on two charges of capital murder.
In February of this year, Eddie Routh, a former Marine, was arrested in the fatal shooting of Kyle and Littlefield at a gun range in Texas.
Routh was arrested after the shooting driving Kyle’s truck.
Kyle had linked up with Routh at the shooting range in an attempt to help the young man with post traumatic stress issues related to combat tours.
