Casino Royale’s Martin Campbell is closing in to direct a new Navy SEAL thriller; “Alpha”. According to “The Wrap”, Campbell may direct the movie based off of a script written by Scott Frank and with previous drafts by David Benioff, Graham Roland and Carl Ellsworth.
In this drama, a Navy SEAL is sent down to South America to work with combat dogs. After another handler is kidnapped, the Navy SEAL heads out with his combat K9’s to rescue the handler from his captors.
Martin Campbell has recently been known for his directing of films such as the Green Lantern, Casino Royale, The Legend of Zorro, and the Edge of Darkness.
