A few corporate executives, business leaders, and managers are learning that SEALs bring a very unique mindset to most, if not all, aspects of their lives; both professionally and personally. Many SEALs are realizing that they can use their military skills and methods of approaching complex situations to their advantage. Their out-of-the-box, dynamic thinking under pressure serves them on and off the battlefield.
As the success of their work overseas, as well as in numerous books and movies, brings these operators out of the shadows, some corporations – including an NFL football team, are attempting to harness a SEAL’s mindset, perspective, and energy and use it to enhance their own visions, goals, and corporate missions.
