I have had so many requests for the best workout plans and information pertaining to physical training that I have decided to bring you weekly exercise articles beginning with different pull up variations.  If you want to go to BUD/S, you better get familiar with pull ups.  Let’s get out and do some PT!  Check back weekly for more unique exercises and tips for physical training success.
