Retired Navy SEAL Don Shipley busts Richard Cancel of Manhattan, New York.
According to Shipley, Richard tried to worm his way into a real estate deal claiming he was dishonorably discharged from the Navy after striking a SEAL Team Commander in the face with a lunch tray.
