Mark Divine No Comments SEAL News

A sailor assigned to a Naval Special Warfare command died Monday from injuries sustained in a parachute training accident in El Centro, Navy officials said.

The name of the sailor and other details were not released in a statement issued by the Navy.

Chief Petty Officer Brandon Raile, deputy public affairs officer for Naval Special Warfare Group One stated that the sailor is assigned to a West-Coast based command.  He said the cause of the accident, which occurred in an area used for routine training, is under investigation.

Rest in Peace my Brother.
